Concerned about a possible mouse in the house I contacted him. Was very gracious & knowledgeable, indeed was anxious to save me money. Turned out it was as Alistair suggested it was not a rodent. Thankfully this winter I'll not have any uninvited guests but if I do, Alistair will be the first I call!

Just had Allister out at the house about a mouse in the attic. Allister was very knowledgeable about our issue and pointed out possible access points and how to deal with them. Baits have been set and he plans to follow up again in 10 days.

Very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I won't hesitate to call.
